
Mr. Sunil Bhargava began his successful career in the hospitality industry in 1978, starting as a Food and Beverage executive at the ITC Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur. He worked as a food and beverage professional at the ITC Rajputana in Jaipur until 2012, making significant contributions to the field with his passion and steadfast commitment. Significantly, he assumed a crucial part in the initiation of the Pan Asian restaurant at the Sheraton New Delhi in 2001.
Mr. Bhargava, with 34 years of extensive expertise, has made a lasting impact by working for renowned hotels both locally and internationally. His extensive range of experiences has catapulted him to the highest point of the hospitality industry, establishing him as a true expert in the field. Driven by a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a dedication to sharing information, Mr. Bhargava made a career change to academia in 2012. Since then, he has spent the past 12 years molding the next generation of hotel industry professionals.
Mr. Sunil Bhargava, the current Director of Poornima Institute of Hotel Management (PIHM), actively contributes his extensive experience and expertise to the field of education. His unwavering dedication to mentoring and education highlights his aspiration to cultivate the upcoming cohort of professionals in the dynamic and always expanding hospitality sector.

Krishan Kant Parihar, who is currently engaged in a Ph.D. program and possesses an MBA in Hospitality, a BA in English Literature, a DHMCT, and a Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, currently holds the role of Principal at Poornima Institute of Hotel Management (PIHM) under Poornima University. Mr. Parihar is responsible for managing both the academic and administrative parts of PIHM. He brings a significant amount of knowledge from his broad educational background.
Having obtained a solid educational background from MDS University Ajmer, he successfully finished the NCHMCT hotel management program at IHM Ahmedabad and obtained a Trade Diploma in Food & Service from FCI Ajmer. Mr. Parihar has showcased exceptional performance throughout his career, which spans over 23 years and encompasses both academic and industrial experience. He began his professional path in 1996 at FCI Ajmer, where he achieved the highest rank in Rajasthan for the Trade Diploma in Food & Beverage Service. He received the esteemed Bhamasha Award (Gold Medal) from Maharaja Mewar Foundation, Udaipur, in recognition of his exceptional accomplishments.
Mr. Parihar has worked in prestigious facilities such as Taj Rambagh Palace in Jaipur and Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur. In addition to his significant involvement in the sector, he has actively taken part in numerous International and National Conferences and offline Webinars, demonstrating his academic expertise, specifically in Alcoholic Beverages on a global scale. Mr. K.K. Parihar, a skilled and successful individual, continues to make substantial contributions to the academic and industry sectors in the subject of hospitality at Poornima University.
