Faculty of Science & Humanities

Dr. Priti Kaushik is the Dean of Faculty of Science & Humanities. She has 18 years of teaching experience and 5 years of research experience. She was awarded her Doctorate of Philosophy from the Department of Chemistry, University of Rajasthan in 2006. For a span of three years, Dr. Kaushik contributed to the academic community as a faculty member at Govt. Ramchandra Khaitan Polytechnic College in Jaipur.

Her research was in the field of Synthetic Organic Chemistry and her work included synthesis, purification and identification of novel heterocyclic compounds and testing of their antifungal and antibacterial properties. Her papers have been published in various National and International journals.

She has been actively involved in the various committees at University level and is a member of the Interview Selection Committee and Academic Council of Poornima University. She has been honoured with the Certificate of Appreciation for her Commendable Contribution in the Field of Science and Technology by Department of Science and Technology, Rajasthan on the occasion of International Women’s Day, 2021.

Dr. Kaushik has been felicitated 11 times by “Faculty Incentive Award” for good academic performance. She has secured funding from ICAR, NIH, and DST to organize National Conferences at University level.
