Dr. Urvashi Bhamboo has held the role of Head of the MBA Department at Poornima University in Jaipur from 2021. Since 2013, Dr. Urvashi Bhamboo has worked with numerous esteemed institutes in Rajasthan. She has earned a PhD and a master's degree in management from Banasthali Vidyapith. She is interested in both marketing management and human research management. A significant portion of her research has focused on the field of organizational behavior and the dynamics of employee relationships. Dr. Bhamboo's research interests include social sciences, strategic human resource management, and knowledge management. She is particularly interested in Organizational Learning, High Performance Organizations, and Learning and Development. The author's work has been published in prominent international journals. In addition, she has delivered presentations at both international and national conferences.
