Dr. Monika Khatri is the Head of the Department of BBA program at Poornima University who is a highly esteemed academician and professional who has made significant achievements and valuable contributions across multiple fields. Being a Technical Committee Member at the Association of Scientist Development and Faculty (ASDF) in Greenwich University, London, UK, demonstrates their active involvement in academics on a global scale. Dr. Khatri has been honored with several awards, such as the Best Women Researcher Award from Inspira Journal, recognition for an outstanding contribution to Commerce education by the Cost Accounting Association (CMA), and the renowned Shiksha Ratna Award in 2023. Significantly, She has also received the prestigious Best Teacher Award from Savitri Bai Phoole Shaikshanik Shodh in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Dr. Khatri has made significant contributions to the subject as a member of the Indian Commerce Association. Her dedication to achieving high academic standards is evident in their mentorship of two Ph.D. candidates and oversight of seven others who are now working towards their doctoral degrees, her active involvement in 37 international conferences, as well as their organization of several conferences, along with conducting 20 seminars and attending 14 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), highlights their commitment to sharing information.

Apart from academics, Dr. Khatri works as a freelance journalist with a focus on the Indian economy, demonstrating a dedication to engaging in public discussions, She actively support social and environmental causes, as seen by their 12-year partnership with the Rajasthan Jan Munch Bird Safety Association, a non-governmental organization. Moreover, their participation in state-level theatre and drama as a dialogue writer and their presidency at Kanodia College Batch 2003 indicates a comprehensive commitment in both academic and extracurricular domains.
